  • HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

  • Delivery time and costs depend on the item chosen and delivery address.

  • Delivery time in Latvia: 2 – 6 working days

  • Delivery time in Europe: 1 – 2 weeks

  • Delivery time in rest of the world: 2 – 3 weeks

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN MY ORDER?

  • No, I don’t accept returns. Please, be careful and double check the size by using the size guide before ordering T­Shirts.

  • HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

  • All orders [excluding T­Shirts] are shipped out within 3­4 days after the order is placed. Purchases shipped anywhere in the Europe will arrive within 10­15 days after the order date. Orders being shipped outside of the Europe generally arrive within 2­4 weeks after the order date. Sometimes guys at the customs wear Kiwie t­shirts for a few days just to check and make sure there are no hidden weapons or drugs. In this case, it takes a bit longer for a T­shirt to arrive.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?

  • You should contact me on shop@kiwie.com. Within 30 days from the date of purchase you may return the product with no extra costs.

  • I ORDERED YOUR ITEM 30 DAY’S AGO, AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • Please contact me on shop@kiwie.com. Sometimes the address you provided originally is incorrect, or postal office looses the package. Shit happens. If your address is incorrect, it’s your fault and I will not resend the item. If the address is correct, but the postal office lost the package or damaged it, I’ll resend another item. If it’s out of stock, I’ll send something similar by your choice.
